In a nutshell, business consulting is about providing extra heads and hands to a client organisation, for a period, in return for a service fee. There are many reasons why that might be a wise move.
We work happily in any sector, and in any industry — B2B and B2C; public vs private; primary, secondary, tertiary; whatever. We may already have worked in your sector, but whether we have or not makes no difference: we are about helping you to embed and benefit from improved planning processes. We cut the cloth to suit.
The professional consulting process starts with client organisation and consultant getting together to discuss the presenting problem or deficit, and agreeing a process that will transform the organisation, resolve the original issue and underwrite improved ongoing performance.
AI can contribute at various levels in the strategic planning process. In particular it can locate and analyse massive amounts of information, it can operate at the decision support level (e.g. generating options and recommendations) and it can even extend to autonomous decision-making. For AI it's early days. The potential is great, but so are the risks. Meanwhile our own efforts are focused on improving organisational alignment through inter-personal communication and group dynamics.
